Refund and Return Policy

We aim to provide the best quality products and service. Please read the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds:

  • If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange a product, return the current item and place a new order after return approval.

Non-returnable items:

  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable products.

Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as the item hasn’t been dispatched.
  • If already dispatched, the return and refund policy will apply.

Please Note:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
